Lessons are available for both new and experienced dancers to learn and enjoy Two-Step, Shuffle, Nightclub and Waltz. The styles are taught on a monthly basis. We welcome couples, singles, students and visitors to our lessons & dances.

        Thursday Lesson Schedule Information 

        7-8pm Advanced

        8-9pm Beginner & Intermediate

        9-10 pm Practice time for all levels. 

 

Lessons are $10 per class or $35 per month.


Saturday Dance Information: On the second Saturday of each month at 8:00pm there is an open Dance at 8:00 pm, with a lesson at 7:00pm. Price for both the dance and lesson is $5.

BALLROOM

CLUB

Ballroom Lessons are held each Friday evening at 6:30 pm. Ballroom Dances are held on the first and third Friday's of the month at 8:00 pm. For more details about pricing and what to expect, please visit their personal website below.

DANCE

Square dance lessons and dances are held each Sunday. Events alternate between the Spirit of '76 club and Okie Diamonds club. Click here to check the Calendar for times and dates.

SENIOR PROGRAM

 

  Senior Lessons are held each Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 pm, with a dance to follow. Dance lessons will be offered in a variety of dance styles.

LINDY HOP

The OKC Swing Dance Collective is proud to bring you progressive classes on Lindy Hop for social dancing. Each class will build on what we learned the last lesson and set you up for success in the next lesson. You will not be completely lost if you jump in a Sunday late or only attend one class but we highly encourage and recommend you to attend all 4 classes in order to get the most out of the lessons.

MID-WEEK MIXER

Ballroom, Country and West Coast Swing dancers welcome. In addition to Country and West Coast Swing music, we play music for Line Dancing, Ballroom and Salsa, just to name a few. Refreshments are provided.

 

Attire is dressy-casual including nice jeans. We welcome couples, singles, students and visitors. Cost is $5 per person.

Mazel Afrá Belly Dance classes are a true fusion blend style of dances that include traditional, cabaret, gypsy, and many other world styles. They are open to all levels and are able to customize classes for their students needs.

 

Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm.
